Job description

ComForCare Home Health Care - Oklahoma City seeks a Registered Nurse to conduct in-home, non-clinical assessments and develop practical care plans for non-medical caregivers. The role emphasizes conversation, observation, and documentation rather than hands-on care.

The RN will travel to clients’ homes, assess health history, review diagnoses, and coordinate non-medical services, supporting families with planning and education in a community setting.
