Position Summary:
Comfort Keepers Home Care in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an In Home Health caregiver. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This position requires excellent clinical skills, communication abilities, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health status
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medication and provide skilled nursing care
Educate clients and their families on best practices for disease management
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of North Dakota
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and empathetic attitude
Reliable transportation
