Job description
Pinnacle Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse to join as Clinical Director in Training (CDIT). This program is designed to build the next generation of clinical leaders through hands-on training across multiple campuses in the Kenosha area.
You will partner with experienced Clinical Directors to learn resident care management, regulatory compliance, documentation, staff development, and operational leadership, with a clear pathway to a future Clinical Director role.
