Job description
West Haven Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a reliable and consistent Infection Prevention Nurse to join our team.
This role focuses on infection prevention, staff education, monitoring, and maintaining compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
RN preferred; LPN candidates will be considered
Current Connecticut nursing license
Infection prevention or long-term care experience preferred
Strong reliability, consistency, and organizational skills
We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes ownership of their role, and works well with the nursing leadership team.
