RN Infection Preventionist/Staff Development Coordinator (RN IP/SDC)
Pay Range: $44.00 - $50.00/HR DOE

Responsibilities
Infection Preventionist (IP): Responsible for the facility's infection surveillance, outbreak prevention, and control protocols.
Ensures adherence to CDC and public health guidelines, audits hand-hygiene, manages isolation precautions, and leads antibiotic stewardship programs.
Staff Development Coordinator (SDC): Responsible for the continuous education, clinical training, and competency management of the facility's medical staff.
Designs orientation programs for new hires and manages mandatory regulatory training.
Qualifications
Current RN state licensure without any enforcement action against it
Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred
Previous Infection Control and Education experience preferred
Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English

Compensation for roles at Caldera Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Caldera Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Caldera Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington as stated below:
