About This Role
The RN Infectious Disease International Travel position involves providing nursing care to patients while adhering to established standards and policies. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about infectious disease prevention and enjoy working in a collaborative healthcare environment.

What You'll Do
Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs for a defined group of patients.
Develop a written plan of care for patient care needs.
Assist patients and families in developing health care goals.
Determine priorities of patient care based on essential needs and resources.
Provide nursing interventions safely and competently.
Offer telephone consultation to patients and families.
Evaluate patients' responses to care and modify care plans as needed.
Communicate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
Assess needs of patients requiring hospitalization and initiate discharge planning.
Develop educational components for nursing care plans.
