SJO INFUSION, CHEMO CERT REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION OP ONC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SCHEDULE IS 4X10 DAYS M-F SCHEDULING PREFERENCES CAN BE CONSIDERED BUT ARE NOT GAURENTEED SCHEDULING REQUESTS DUE TO ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED ALL RTO NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION 70% ONC BASED THERAPY, 30% BLOOD TRANSFUSION, IVIG, HYDRATION, IRON 1ST TIMERS ACCEPTED ONLY WITH CHEMO CERT AND 2+ YEARS OF EXP 1YR AYA OFFER **LOCAL RADIUS IS 50 MILES - PLEASE REACH OUT TO AM FOR LOCAL RATE**
