Job description
University of Mississippi Medical Center seeks an RN for the Inpatient Adult Acute Care – Transplant Unit (2 South) on the Main Campus in Jackson, MS. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for transplant patients, coordinating admissions, records and multidisciplinary referrals.
Responsibilities include educating patients and families, ensuring safety, and serving on committees to improve care.
