Job description
University Health in Kansas City is seeking an Inpatient Behavioral Health Clinical Team Manager - RN (NKC) to lead 24/7 inpatient units. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, patient flow, and ensure nursing care meets standards and regulatory requirements.
The role partners with the Director to drive quality, safety, and patient experience, while engaging staff, coordinating care conferences, and guiding performance improvement initiatives across the behavioral health team.
