Job description
Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care and leadership across care teams. The role emphasizes adherence to Nursing’s standards, documentation quality, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
The RN will coordinate an interdisciplinary care plan, mentor staff, and ensure timely discharge planning and education for patients and families, all while upholding hospital policies and patient safety.
