Job description
Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support seamless transitions of care. The RN will lead within the Nursing Practice Model and may participate in leadership activities and quality improvement efforts.
