Job description
HealthONE is seeking a dedicated RN for our Inpatient Rehab unit on a PRN basis. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to adult rehab patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You will conduct assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and physicians. RNs also educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, uphold safety and infection control standards, and support HealthONE’s culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous clinical improvement.
