Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team, caring for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical illnesses. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based nursing care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families to support safe discharge and long-term recovery. You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while monitoring progress toward functional goals.
