Job description
Trios Health in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse Intake/Assessment Coordinator on a PRN basis. You will conduct clinical assessments, coordinate admissions, and act as a liaison among patients, families, referral sources, and care teams to ensure timely access to behavioral health services.
The role requires an ADN with RN licensure, BLS and HWC within 45 days of hire, and strong assessment and care coordination skills. This union position supports care continuity and patient advocacy.
