We're also honored to be among the Top 25 Places to Work for in Healthcare in the US.QualificationsQualifications:Current and active RN license in the ConnecticutBachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.Prior Intake Coordinator experience a plus!Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health and/or hospice care.Knowledge of home health and/or hospice eligibility.Proficient in Microsoft Office and various other programs and systems.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
