$45.78 - $82.98 per hour (based on experience)
0.90 FTE | Night Shift

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intermediate Care team . In this role, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals requiring a higher level of monitoring and treatment than a medical-surgical unit, while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.
What You'll Do
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Monitor and manage patients in a progressive care/step-down setting.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with professional nursing standards.
Support patient safety, quality improvement, and excellent patient experiences.
Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current RN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
One year of recent (within the past 36 months) Intermediate Care, Progressive Care, or Step-Down RN experience, or currently oriented and independently practicing within the department
Preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Additional acute care nursing experience
Certifications
ACLS required within 6 months of hire
NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire
