Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing high-quality care while adhering to facility policies and guidelines.
General Information
Schedule: Full-time, with an expectation to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Valid RN license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and nursing protocols.
Monitor patient conditions and document care in the electronic health record.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on health care best practices and self-care techniques.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
