Radiology Technologist
Location
Largo, FL
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Description
The Radiology Technologist will work in a diagnostic radiology unit, performing various imaging procedures with an emphasis on providing high-quality patient care in a float unit setting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to operate specialized imaging equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including ED exams, Fluoro exams, and Portables.
Utilize GE AMX 240 portables, GE 6800, 9800 and 9900 C-Arms, GE Precision Fluoro Tower.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records in the Meditech EMR system.
Collaborate with a team of technologists and supervisors to maintain high standards of imaging.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure ARRT certification is preferred.
Experience in a similar role or setting is preferred.
Must be capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks effectively.
