Job description
Bassett Healthcare Network seeks a Registered Nurse IV in Acute Care to lead nursing care delivery, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. The RN IV provides mentorship, oversees LPNs, and contributes to clinical practice through research and committees.
Required is a 4-year nursing degree, 5+ years RN experience with at least 3 in relevant areas, and a NYS RN license with BLS due within 6 months. A sign-on bonus is offered for this role.
