Job description
Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care in a skilled nursing setting.
The RN will coordinate resident care, assess needs, educate residents and families, and may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while adhering to nursing standards and ethics.
