Job description
Owen Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure care complies with federal, state, and local standards and direct day-to-day nursing activities under the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities include directing nursing staff, planning shift services, and maintaining accurate charting while promoting a warm, safe, and compassionate care environment for residents.
