Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a Department Manager Dialysis to oversee operations in the dialysis department across multiple Wisconsin sites, including Aurora West Allis and other facilities. This on-site leadership role coordinates staff, resources, and processes to deliver acute inpatient dialysis services.
You will monitor quality, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and performance improvement efforts while partnering with medical staff and vendors to support high-quality patient care and staff
