Job description
Essentia Health in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The RN delegates care to other nursing personnel based on licensure and job descriptions.
The role supports the facility's mission and complies with Joint Commission and applicable regulations. Current RN licensure in the appropriate state and BLS certification within 1 month are required.
