Job Overview
WorkFit Medical Staffing is actively recruiting compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for long-term care facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment.
Contract Details
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition
Providing education and support to patients and their families
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
Current RN license in the state of New York
At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
