Maxim Healthcare is hiring RNs and LPNs for multiple 1:1 homecare opportunities throughout Clinton and the surrounding areas.

Full-time, part-time, PRN, day, night, and weekend opportunities available. We currently have multiple patient openings with immediate scheduling opportunities.
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
? Sign-On Bonus: $1,200 - $1,750

Responsibilities
Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients in the home setting
Follow the patient's plan of care and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the clinical team
Assist with trach care, ventilator care, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, diabetic care, and other skilled nursing needs as applicable
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Partner with patients and families to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Tennessee
Current Health Certificate (per facility).
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior LPN experience preferred.
