This position requires delivering nursing services to support patient health and comfort, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with medical procedures in accordance with facility standards and policies.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status regularly
Assist patients with personal care and hygiene during overnight hours
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Ensure a safe and clean patient environment
Communicate effectively with patients and family members regarding care
