EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING High School Diploma or equivalent required.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required. One (1) year of LPN Med Surg experience required. #Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40.00 to $50.00.
