Job description

Matrix Home Care is looking for RN and LPNs for Start of Care and Follow-up Visits in Punta Gorda, FL. Candidates must have at least 1 year of nursing experience and prior home care experience. Responsibilities include performing assessments, wound care, and medication management. Weekends may be required, and candidates must hold valid FL nursing licenses. Background screening is mandated by Florida law.
