Job description
Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic LPN/RN to join our team. We offer an attractive sign-on bonus of $3,000 for full-time staff and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Under direction of an RN, the LPN delivers nursing care, participates in assessments and care planning, and supervises care provided by unlicensed staff. Willing to work rotating shifts and weekends to ensure resident well-being.
