Job description
COMFORT HOME HEALTH LLC in Jetersville, VA, is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to create and manage patient care plans. The ideal candidate should be attentive to detail, have a strong background in nursing practices, and be skilled in problem-solving. Responsibilities include coordinating care with colleagues, administering medications, and documenting patient conditions. A valid nursing license and CPR certification are required. This position offers a competitive salary and is primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
