Job description
Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an LPN to deliver efficient nursing care, support patient/family satisfaction, and work within state practice guidelines. You will contribute to assessments, care planning, and supervise unlicensed staff on patient care.
The role requires strong assessment skills, medication knowledge, and the ability to coordinate and supervise nursing functions. Rotating shifts and a sign-on bonus are offered to full-time candidates.
