Job description
Avardis Health is seeking a qualified Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead a dedicated nursing team at Willowbrook Rehab & Care Center. You will mentor staff, oversee patient care, and drive quality outcomes for residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The role requires active RN or LPN licensure, at least 3 years of nursing experience (preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care), and a minimum of 1 year in nursing leadership or administration.
