As an RN at NHC HealthCare Oakwood, you will play an important role in helping our patients maintain their health, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
What You'll Do
Provide compassionate, individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and monitor changes in condition.
Advocate for your patients and communicate with families and the interdisciplinary care team.
Provide clinical leadership and help coordinate care to ensure patients receive attentive, high-quality service.
Build meaningful relationships with the patients and families you serve.
Qualifications
Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
Compassion for serving the geriatric population
Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
New Grads Welcome!
Graduated Nurses (GNs) who are beginning their nursing careers are encouraged to apply.
