Job description
Shift: 8-Hour Days
Sign on Bonus: $20,000k with a 2 year commitment
Qualifications
Valid Illinois (IL) Registered Nurse license (required or in-progress).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room (OR).
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a clinical/surgical environment.
Clinical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Circulating within the OR (required).
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS ) certification required.
Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR ) credential
Screening Clearances: Ability to complete standard healthcare placement verifications (Drug Screen, Physical, TB test, Color Vision test, and IL Child Abuse Registry search).
Employment Type: Direct Hire position with long-term placement stability (36-month assignment structure).
