Job description
Encompass Health is seeking an RN Manager to lead nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will supervise and mentor nursing staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and ensure safe, evidence-based clinical practice. You will oversee unit operations, staffing, and compliance while supporting quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, you will help patients recover from major illnesses and injuries and guide nurses’ professional growth within a clinically advanced rehab setting.
