Encompass Health is seeking an RN Manager to lead nursing operations in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will oversee a team of nurses, ensuring safe, patient-centered care for individuals recovering from major illnesses and injuries. You will coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, manage staffing and scheduling, monitor quality and regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement.
