RN Manager
Location
Taylor Regional Pediatrics at 125 Kingswood Dr. Campbellsville, KY 42718
Schedule
Full-time position-Days
What You’ll Do
Ensures optimal patient care
Follows verbal and written orders from physician or provider.
Maintains accurate patient records and documentation.
Trains incoming medical assistants to follow protocol, procedures, and policies.
Assists physician in medical and surgical procedures utilizing appropriate practice guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Follows HIPAA compliance.
Communicates effectively with other team members and patients.
Provides clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff during daily operations.
Demonstrates and responds to emergent situations
Performs all nursing care to nursing standards.
Participates in any/all required education and competencies
What We’re Looking For
Associate degree required.
Valid KY RN license
2-3+ years minimum experience in an office setting with management experience preferred

Proficient computer and communication skills
Ability to support a team-oriented environment
