Job description
Lynbrook Restorative Therapy & Nursing has a Per-Diem opportunity for a qualified, dedicated Registered Nurse MDS Assessor.
Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.
CPT approved site.
Requirements:
NYS Licensed RN with a minimum of 3 years experience, must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Solid computer skills required, SIGMACARE experience preferred.
Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.
Job Type: Per Diem
Salary: $50-$55/hr
