Job description
Progressive Quality Care Inc. seeks a detail‑oriented MDS Coordinator (RN) to lead resident assessment and care planning. This role requires an RN with accuracy and teamwork to oversee timely MDS tasks, ensure documentation compliance, and support interdisciplinary care planning with the Director of Nursing.
