Job description
Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) MDS Coordinator to oversee the MDS assessment lifecycle at our Eveleth, MN and Two Harbors, MN locations. You will drive timely, accurate MDS completion and collaborate with the IDT to ensure optimal care planning and regulatory compliance.
The role supports nursing staff and focuses on maximizing case mix and quality of care, with opportunities for growth within Monarch's expanding network of facilities across Minnesota.
