Job description
Hunterdon Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a skilled MDS Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage MDS assessments end-to-end, ensure compliance, and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to optimize resident care.
You will schedule and coordinate MDS activities using PCC, maintain ICD-10 coding accuracy, participate in UR and QAPI initiatives, and support staff throughout the MDS documentation process.
