Job description
Aston Group in Florida is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to oversee resident assessments (MDS 3.0) and develop individualized care plans that drive quality outcomes. You will coordinate with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team, monitor regulatory requirements, and support reimbursement goals.
Active RN license in the state is required; prior MDS experience is preferred, but we are willing to train strong clinicians.
