Job description
Cambridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in New Jersey is hiring a RN MDS Coordinator for a full-time on-site role. You will ensure timely, accurate MDS assessments and support resident care planning, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
The role requires an active NJ RN license, 3+ years in long-term care, and MDS/RAI experience. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to quality improvement while navigating Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
