Job description
Therapy Management Corporation seeks an MDS Director to coordinate MDS responsibilities among coordinators and the interdisciplinary team within the RAI process. The role includes ensuring timely MDS/ARD scheduling, data encoding, and care plan updates, while overseeing staffing and quality outcomes across centers.
The MDS Director will supervise MDS coordinators, participate in key meetings, and drive regulatory compliance with RAC-CT guidelines and reimbursement optimization opportunities.
