Job description
Aventura at Oakwood is seeking an experienced RN MDS Nurse to oversee the MDS/RAI process, ensure regulatory compliance, and support high-quality resident care. You will coordinate MDS assessments, CAAs, and care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
The role requires strong assessment and documentation skills, familiarity with CMS/Medicare policies, and the ability to drive timely submissions in a skilled nursing setting.
