Job description
Carle Health is seeking an RN for our unit with a focus on patient-centered care across a 29-bed unit. The role requires completing patient assessments, care planning, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
We require an active RN license in Illinois and BLS certification within 30 days. A college diploma is expected, with opportunity to join a supportive, multidisciplinary environment and a strong emphasis on patient safety and education.
