Job description
Henry Ford Health in Detroit-area is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg Neuro Trauma at Providence Southfield Hospital. You will lead coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
You will delegate, supervise, and document care for patients and families, communicate with the health care team, and participate in achieving patient goals.
