Job description
Mayo Clinic is seeking an RN to coordinate and deliver nursing care, educate patients and families, and manage transitions of care across the continuum. The role supports professional practice within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and emphasizes leadership and collaboration with care teams.
