Job description
RN Med Surg Tele at Medical City Healthcare delivers high-quality bedside care to adult patients on a fast-paced medical-surgical/telemetry unit. The RN monitors cardiac rhythms, performs focused assessments, administers medications and IV therapies, and coordinates multidisciplinary care plans. Responsibilities include accurate EMR documentation, patient and family education, and strict adherence to safety and infection control standards. The role requires strong critical thinking, telemetry/EKG skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize in a high-acuity environment while supporting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
