Job description
Ochsner Health in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a nurse leader to oversee patient care using the nursing process within regulatory frameworks. You will delegate, direct, and support licensed and ancillary team members, accountable for outcomes, and advance unit and department goals.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing, an active RN license, and BLS certification. Preferred is a Clinical Specialty certification. Strong communication, teamwork, and judgement are essential.
